Shipping methods and fees
We use reliable delivery companies both domestically and internationally to deliver your products safely. The following delivery methods and fees apply depending on your region and order amount.

Domestic shipping: Free shipping for purchases over 10,000 yen.

Overseas Shipping: We are not shipping to overseas now.
Returns and Refunds
Return Policy
We do our best to deliver products that satisfy our customers, but in the unlikely event that the product is defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 10 days after the product arrives.

Return Policy: We only accept returns if the item is unused and in its original condition (packaging, tags, etc. included).

Shipping deadline
We usually ship within x business days after receiving your order. After shipping, domestic delivery usually takes 5 to 7 days, and international delivery takes 1 week depending on the region.
Providing a tracking number
We provide a tracking number for all orders and will email you the tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Return Shipping Fee
If the item is faulty or shipped incorrectly, we will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning the item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Policy
Once the returned item arrives at our store and inspection is complete, we will process the refund within 10 business days based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds usually take 10business days.
Shipping Notice
Please enter accurate details when ordering, as additional charges may apply if the delivery address is entered incorrectly or redelivery is required due to absence from the customer. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the delivery company.
